Since 2013, Mid-South Mechanical Contractors, Inc. has offered plan-and-spec rectangular duct fabrication using a state-of-the-art shop that includes a Vicon full coil line and plasma tables. Because MSMC is also a full-service mechanical contractor, our field experience, affords the opportunity to offer our customers other benefits our competitors may not, such as: 

  • Coordination:  assisting with prioritizing production and identifying installation concerns;

  • Field measuring:  Our HVAC installation experts can assist in creating accurate measurements, cutting out waste (terms apply);

  • Free Storage:  we know how limited storage space can be on construction sites, which can lead to quick-ship costs or not having materials when you need them.   We offer up to 2 months of free storage so that materials can be on-site when you need them (terms apply), and

  • Pre-assembly. We understand that time is money. The more we can assemble in our fabrication facility, the more time and money YOU save in the field.

We take the guesswork

out of duct installation

With our team of experts, your duct order will arrive at your job site on-time and in order.

All rectangular duct is assembled (up to 5-foot straight duct) in our 20,000 sq. ft. shop (including 5-foot straight duct). But before leaving our facility,

  • Each piece is given a color-coded label to help with floor and area designation of installation;

  • Every duct end is covered with blue protective plastic so that ducts stay clean throughout the installation; and

  • The entire order is sorted, stacked, and wrapped on pallets according to areas and systems for either shipping or storage.

When you receive our duct with installation paperwork, your workers will be able to install the duct system like a puzzle.   Please contact us for additional assistance and pricing.
